Weightless

I am always looking for concrete, practical tools that people can actually use to find emotional and spiritual liberation. My latest realization born naturally after a 24-hour fast, was weightlessness (imponderability): the raw force of gravity drawing light down from the sacral region straight into the earth, toward the core of the planet.

I realized that enlightenment is overcome through transcending the forces of gravitational compression the very forces that pull us back into endless cycles of reincarnation on Earth and directly perceiving the infinite spectrum of light that already resides within us, unnoticed.

Though this might sound abstract, it is a factual, concrete, and experiential realization. The light I speak of exists. It is as tangible and perceptually real as the laptop screen I am typing on right now, and frankly, far more real and fulfilling than the physical world of objects.

Just now, I received a synchronicity that confirmed the weight of this premise. A friend joined me and asked what I was writing about.

“Weight and gravity,” I replied. “Physical, emotional, and cognitive weight, the weight of our emotions and intentions. The fact that everything in this world carries weight in one way or another.”

A guy sitting at a neighboring table looked over and smiled as I spoke about the heavy loads we carry. Seconds later, while staring at us, his guitar suddenly slipped and fell to the ground out of nowhere. He was shocked. Even I was surprised. These are meaningful synchronicities that tell you you’re on the right path.

The Three Fundamental Forces

There are three primary processes that orchestrate this illusion called Maya:

  • Light: Awareness—the expansive force. (the numinous)

  • Gravity: Matter—the compressive force. (the nominal)

  • Pulsation: The dynamic oscillation between Light and Gravity that generates the universal tremor (frequency, vibration, and rhythm).

The true path isn’t to fight gravity, but to fully connect with it and yield to its pressure.

A Practical Exercise

When you feel tension or physical resistance, notice your shoulders. They become locked, tight, and slightly raised—as if you’re trying to take off and fly away from the present moment.

  1. Consciously shake it out using noogenic shaking  or neurogenic shaking.

  2. Notice how your shoulders drop and observe the shift in your emotional state.

  3. The space through which the light of the Self reflects has expanded, making the physical body far more spacious.

What is Gravity?

Gravity is Earth’s natural physical force supporting your body without any effort on your part. When you feel stressed or heavy, you create tightness—an artificial “physical mass.” These fears and obsessive thoughts manifest as knots in your stomach or tension in your neck.

When Light (consciousness) observes these knots, and we apply vibration, pulsation, and shaking, their nature changes. They release, revealing that they were manufactured constructs all along.

The Right Measure

Right now, feel the weight of your body and the sensation of gravitational pull. Feel your feet sinking into the ground.

Once you connect with gravity, mental chatter diminishes, and the fluctuations of the mind settle down. Gravity was always there, but now you own it. By taking responsibility for being grounded, you realize how much weight you carried in the world.

Yet the real YOU is not the sum of kilograms hanging onto a giant rock. You are the Infinite and Pure Light of Consciousness. The light radiating from the Witness is weightless—it simply is, observing without effort.

Prayer to the Light

  • Relocate your center of gravity: Shift your focus from the outside world inward to your heart—the core of your being, beyond polarity, sensation, emotion, or thought.

  • Shake: Engage in noogenic shaking.

  • Recognize the Source within: Instead of praying to something external, recognize that the Source of All That Is resides inside you—the Numinous, the Unnamed, the Formless Reality.

  • Pray with passion: Pray with fervor and devotion, unattached to rigid rituals.

You can use these anchors as a guide:

Light, Light, Light

I Am the Light of the World

Love, Love, Love

Light from Light

Light of Lights

I Am Light

I Am

Am

I

.

Do not seek to “perceive” the Light as an external object. Simply open yourself to step beyond the thresholds of the mind, which are merely artificial boundaries keeping you from true spiritual realization.

Another chant I developed and you can apply it:

Oh, Light!

Light of Lights

Light from Light

I am the Light.

I am The One

I am the Love

I am the Soul

I am the Being

I am the Will.

I am.

Or much simple:

Light, Light, Light. Love, Love, Love. (Endless repetion)

Here is how you can seamlessly integrate that section into the English version of your article:

Why Terms Like “Love” or “Light” Instead of “God”?

The concept of “God” has been heavily distorted over centuries. If you attempt to connect with “God” directly using that specific label, it is often difficult to reach a pure, intimate experience because of the heavy collective egregore—the accumulated mental conditioning and cultural dogma—attached to the word.

  • God is conceptualized as external: It creates a duality, positioning the divine outside of yourself rather than within your core.

  • God appears as a dominant force: It carries connotations of judgment, control, and fear rather than pure, unconditioned presence.

  • God is tied to a patriarchal image: It limits the infinite, formless nature of the Source by projecting a rigid, humanized persona onto it.

By using terms like Light, Love, or the Numinous, you bypass these subconscious barriers and connect directly with the raw, experiential essence of the Unnamed Reality.

The Miracle of Fasting

Fasting is an extraordinary tool for reinvigorating spiritual strength. I personally fast 24 to 48 hours a week, either dry or with water and natural juices.

Food is often the easiest path to distraction and attachment to material pleasures—a hedonistic refuge from life’s stresses. When you voluntarily surrender overindulgence and discipline your senses, you cultivate inner power by denying matter authority over your spirit.

The more you fast and apply these practices, the more Light you cultivate. The heart warms, softens, and opens to experience boundless love.

Shake a Little. Change a Lot.
